Jedidah is a senior human resource/administration professional and generalist in Human Resource Management. She holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management Degree, Bachelor of Arts in Communication Degree, specializing in Public Relations and a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management. She is a Full Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management.
Jedidah was employed by ALS Limited in June 2013 as the Human Resource Manager (Head of Department). She has been instrumental in streamlining the Performance Management Process, revising the Human Resource Manual, developing an Employee Recognition Program; and coordinating the establishment of a Staff Pension Scheme and Staff Welfare Program, among others; to ensure ALS becomes an ‘Employer of Choice‘ in the aviation industry and beyond.
She have over 34 years of experience that has been gained in fast-paced local, regional and international organizations, among them; Bridge International Academies as a Human Resource Manager (Generalist); International Rescue Committee as a Human Resource and Administration Coordinator (Head of Department) and Pacific Insurance Brokers (EA) Limited as Head of Human Resource and Administration Department. She has also worked in various administrative roles at CFC Life, Reef Hotel Management (Mombasa) and Office of the President, Police Headquarters.
